His career includes overseeing financial operations, strengthening internal controls, and improving reporting accuracy. Steven’s background provides the fund with disciplined oversight in financial due diligence, tax-efficient structuring, risk management, and investor reporting.
While he is continuing to expand his direct real-estate investment track record, Steven has meaningful exposure to the financial, tax, and operational characteristics of small multifamily, single-family rental, and real-estate-backed debt investments. His approach to fund management emphasizes capital preservation, transparent communication, conservative underwriting standards, and long-term investor stewardship. As Fund Manager and Sponsor, he is responsible for overall fund strategy, compliance oversight, financial review, and ensuring that investor capital is deployed and managed with a high degree of discretion and accountability.
