SREI Fund offers private Promissory Note investments to accredited investors seeking exposure to real estate investment activities through a structured debt position.

This offering is conducted pursuant to Rule 506(c) of Regulation D and is available exclusively to verified accredited investors.

SREI Fund offers a clearly defined promissory note structure with fixed simple interest rates of 6% or 8%, depending on note class. Investors know the stated interest rate and payment schedule at the time of investment.
Defined Interest Structure
Class A and Class B Notes offer fixed simple interest (8% or 6%) with semiannual payments.
Real Estate–Focused Strategy
Capital is deployed into real estate investment activities including acquisitions, repositioning, and real estate-backed financing.

SREI Fund offers three classes of Promissory Notes:
Class A Notes
8% simple interest (calculated annually)
Minimum investment: $250,000
Class B Notes
6% simple interest (calculated annually)
Minimum investment: $25,000
Class C Notes
Custom return and duration structure
Terms determined by the Manager addendum
